07: Accounts & Contacts

Every account. One place. Actually organised.

The leads screen is built around what to do next. New leads match territory rules and land with the right rep instantly. Duplicates are caught on every intake, before two records exist. Accounts, contacts and deals each get their own directory and detail page.

A worklist

What to do next, not a table.

Every promise becomes a tracked task. A logged activity that commits to a follow-up creates one, and the worklist sorts overdue first, then today, then leads nobody has committed to. A lead whose last activity left no next step and no open follow-up is raised to the rep and the manager.

  • Reps claim their own leads in a claim-based territory, capped so nobody hoards
  • Managers can force a reassignment, or bulk-reassign with a preview of who gets what
  • Map a lead source to a priority tier by exact, prefix or contains match
  • Recycling rules put idle or lost leads back in the pool automatically
  • Win-back candidates: leads that went quiet are surfaced as a fresh outreach list
Clean data

One record, not two.

Six ways in, one pipeline: manual, CSV, bulk add, web form, inbound API and HubSpot all validate and dedupe the same way. A duplicate review queue works at two speeds: a batch mode to clear a screenful, a detail mode to open each pair, with merge, not-a-duplicate or dismiss.

  • Capture rules you set: which fields a lead must have before it is accepted, per source
  • Closing a dead lead means giving a reason from a fixed list
  • Sources, categories, pause reasons, dispositions and tags are all editable
Your vocabulary

Your words, per business.

Your own account types and tags, not a fixed list. Rename "Clients" to "Schools" or "Deals" to "Projects", per workspace. Custom fields can appear only when another field has a certain answer.
