This is a complete spine with thin edges. Parts used on a job do not reduce stock, and cannot be added from the job screen. The dispatch board is read-only: you cannot drag to assign, and there is no map or route optimization. There are no service-report PDFs, and nothing is emailed to the customer. Warranties and RMAs are read-only lists; creating them and the return workflow need the API. There is no customer portal for service, and no renewal reminder emails: the opportunity is created, but nobody is told. Contract visit allowances do not count down.
