Time, meetings, money out
and money earned.

Team runs the people side of the business in four parts: attendance, bookings, expenses and incentives. Each one files into the same CRM your sales team already works in.

Four parts,
one module.

Attendance

Clock in and out with GPS from the browser or the phone. Geofences that block, warn or are off, a face check that asks a human on a mismatch, and a month grid that never counts weekends or holidays as absence.

See attendance

Bookings

A personal public booking page per person, with slots worked out from a real calendar and double-booking protection. Bookings file themselves into the CRM and log a meeting.

See bookings

Expenses

Drop a photo of a receipt and the vendor, amount, date, currency and tax are read and filled in. Spend policies, approval from the email with no login, and reimbursement files for your bank or payroll.

See expenses

Incentives

A commission plan builder with no code. Commission calculates itself from real events, every figure is explained step by step, and a what-if simulator replays a past period through a proposed plan.

Why it sits in the CRM.

Commission from
real events.

Invoice paid, payment cleared, order confirmed or deal won: commission is worked out from the event itself, and cannot double-pay on a retry.

Expenses tied
to the work.

An expense can carry a project, cost centre, deal, account or invoice, and be marked billable or reimbursable.

Bookings land
on the right contact.

A booking from a known email attaches to that contact and account and logs a meeting, so nobody types it in twice.

One working
calendar.

Attendance rules read working hours, weekends and public holidays from the one working calendar, rather than asking again.

What it does not do yet.

Expense approval is always a single approver: multi-step chains can be drawn but do not run. There are no mileage or per-diem claims. Commission statements are data files, not PDFs, and we do not file your 1099. Bookings do not sync to Google Calendar or Outlook and send no .ics invite, and there is no way to block out a holiday from the app. Face verification needs the platform operator to enable it; where it is off, attendance still works and the match is skipped.

Team: one price for the whole team.

Team is one module: attendance, bookings, expenses and incentives together, switched on when you need them.
