The service
BoldReach provides AI-assisted CRM software on a subscription priced by team size. Feature descriptions on this site reflect the current release; your plan's inclusions are listed on the pricing page at signup.
Your data, your tenant
You own the content your team puts into BoldReach. We process it only to provide the service. Export is available on every plan; deleting your tenant deletes your data.
Fair use of AI
AI features (transcription, extraction, coaching) are metered per plan. Usage limits and overage behaviour are shown in the AI cost dashboard before you ever hit them.
Billing & cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancel anytime from settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency you will be charged in.
Acceptable use
No spam, no unlawful data collection, no attempting to break tenant isolation. We may suspend accounts that put other tenants at risk, with notice where practical.
Liability
The service is provided as described, without warranties beyond those required by law. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. Questions:legal@boldreach.io
