No signal
Check in with no signal.
Basement warehouses and rural sites happen. Visit check-ins and check-outs made with no signal are saved on the phone and replayed automatically when signal returns. The rest of the app needs a connection.
Trust, but verify
Geofences you set, without surveillance theatre.
Geofences are circles or traced shapes, enforced strictly, audit-only, or off, and a rejection says how many metres outside the person was. Fake-GPS punches are flagged. Check-ins can be face-verified against a manager-approved photo, and a mismatch never blocks the punch; it asks a human.
