A spreadsheet nobody trusts.
Every quarter.
Commission calculations live in a spreadsheet that nobody trusts. Salespeople fight the numbers every quarter. Plans drift from the original agreement. Everyone hates payout day.
Set the commission rules once, with no code. Commission calculates itself from real events: an invoice paid, a payment cleared, an order confirmed or a deal won. Your salespeople can read exactly how each figure was reached.

Percent of value, a flat amount, tiered rates or a bonus, with a trigger event, filters, qualifying gates, accelerators, a cap and splits. For example: 5% on the first£100K, 8% above. A retry can never pay the same commission twice.
Each commission stores a step-by-step breakdown the rep can read, showing what was gated, capped or accelerated. A rep who disagrees raises a dispute, and a manager upholds or rejects it.
A refunded payment, a voided invoice or a cancelled order reverses the commission by itself. A clawback risk score, with its reasons, shows which payouts to look at twice. Approval steps by threshold, with small amounts approved automatically.
Payout batches come as a real bank file: NEFT XML, ACH NACHA, SEPA, Bacs, ABA, GIRO, WPS or CSV. Upload it to your bank's portal. Each rep gets a downloadable year-end commission statement.
A what-if simulator replays a past period through a proposed plan beside the real one, so you see the per-rep difference before rolling it out. A commission forecast adds what has accrued to open deals weighted by stage.
Each rep sees their own accrual, approval and payout timeline for the tax year. Deal-team splits keep the audit trail intact. A leaderboard with Slack and Teams celebrations, and targets with quota attainment that roll forward each quarter.
Incentives are part of the Team module, with attendance, expenses and bookings. One price for the whole team, not per user.
