Jobs, contracts and
the equipment you maintain.

For businesses that maintain equipment at customer sites: HVAC, lifts, solar, medical and industrial. Track every installed unit, the contract that covers it, the maintenance it is due, and each job from dispatch to invoice. It includes the whole Help Desk module.

The spine of a
service business.

A job book, and
a twelve-step lifecycle.

Filter jobs by status, type, priority and customer, with billable value. Each job moves through dispatch, accept, en route, arrive, start, pause, resume, complete, verify, invoice, cancel and no-show, and each step stamps its own time.

Check in on site.
Price on completion.

Technicians check in with GPS and an arrival photo that must be their own upload. When the job is complete it prices itself: billable labor at the job's rate, plus parts, plus any fixed fee.

On-site checklists
that flag failures.

Pass or fail, numbers with limits, text, single and multiple choice, and photo prompts, from reusable templates per asset category and job type. Answers save per item, so a technician can resume on another device, and an out-of-limit answer is flagged as failing automatically.

An installed-asset
register.

Every unit at a customer site with tag, serial, make, model, category, install date and site address, plus its service history, a lifecycle audit trail, warranty-expiry filtering and meter readings to drive usage-based maintenance.

Service contracts,
and whether they pay.

AMC-style contracts with coverage type, SLA priority, term, value, billing cycle and auto-renew, with equipment attached in bulk. A contract profitability report shows revenue against parts and labor, so you spot an underwater contract before renewing it.

Preventive maintenance,
ahead of time.

Schedules from daily to yearly, or triggered by a meter reading, generate draft work orders ahead of the due date.

A renewals
pipeline.

Expiring contracts are bucketed at 30, 60 and 90 days plus overdue. An opportunity is created automatically for each, and worked through contacted, quoted, won or lost.

A dispatch board
and technician profiles.

A week grid of technicians by day, colour-coded by priority, with an unassigned queue showing the true total waiting. Profiles hold skills, regions, availability, daily capacity, weekly hours and vehicle, and jobs are tagged with the skills they need.

Warranty and
RMA registers.

Filterable lists covering manufacturer, extended, service-provider and AMC-bundled warranties, and the twelve return states.

Industry templates
at setup.

HVAC, industrial, medical, solar and lifts ship with real checklists, custom fields and part categories. Customer sites are geocoded nightly.

What it does not do yet.

This is a complete spine with thin edges. Parts used on a job do not reduce stock, and cannot be added from the job screen. The dispatch board is read-only: you cannot drag to assign, and there is no map or route optimisation. There are no service-report PDFs, and nothing is emailed to the customer. Warranties and RMAs are read-only lists; creating them and the return workflow need the API. There is no customer portal for service, and no renewal reminder emails: the opportunity is created, but nobody is told. Contract visit allowances do not count down.
