- Automatic failover: if one provider is down, out of credit, or retires a model, the task routes to the next one

Path A: Credits
Use it on day one.
Most teams don't want to set up AI billing on day one, they want to use the product. Every BoldReach plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, shared by the team. One credit is one ordinary AI action; a web lookup costs 5; a typical salesperson uses 500 to 900 a month. Run out and you can buy a top-up, which never expires, or connect your own key. We warn you at 80%.

Path B: Your own keys
Your provider. Your bill.
Once your usage grows beyond the included credits, or if your procurement team prefers, add your own AI provider keys. The AI features run on your account, you pay the provider directly, and there is no usage cap and no charge from us. Useful when you already have rates agreed with a provider.
