For staff in the field

Built for the salesperson
in the parking lot.

Dictate a field note and the app fills in the details. Snap a business card and the contact saves itself. Staff join with one 8-digit code from their manager, no password to invent. Visit check-ins work with no signal.

01 · Voice into the app

Drive home.
Talk to the app.

Speak in the language you think in. Transcription detects it automatically, and the note can be translated before it is saved. You get a transcript, a summary, action items, pain points, competitors mentioned, and a suggested next step with a due date.

02 · Verified visits

Get credit for the visit.

Each rep has a day plan of customer visits, with check-in and check-out at each stop. The check-in records where they were, so the rep gets credit for the work they actually did and a manager can replay the day in time order.

Snap a business card.
Done.

Take a photo of the card. The app reads the name, role, company, phone, and email. The contact fills itself in. No more stacks of cards on your desk.

04 · No signal at the site

Check in with no signal.

Visit check-ins made with no signal are saved on the phone and sent automatically when signal returns. Check-outs work the same way. The rest of the app needs a connection.

05 · Every phone, in your hands

Join with a code.
Revoke with a tap.

Staff join with one 8-digit code from their manager, or by scanning a QR on the manager's screen that rotates every 60 seconds. A new phone gets an emailed 6-digit code before it can sign in. See every paired phone and revoke one; two phones per person. Mobile access can be switched off per account and per person.

Built for phones first

Try it on your phone first.

Most teams start by getting their salespeople on the mobile app. Then add the desktop side later. The mobile app comes with every plan. People who only clock in and do their jobs can be field users: mobile only, a small monthly price each, and not counted in your plan's team size.
