Is it per user?
No. You pay one price for your whole team, up to the size in the plan. Adding a colleague inside that limit costs nothing. A full Team plan works out at about NZ$17.80 a person.
What happens when we outgrow the plan?
Move up a plan: Starter (2), Team (5), Business (15), Scale (40). Scale also takes people beyond 40 at NZ$12 each a month.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day trial with every feature and every module switched on. We take card details at signup and charge when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes, at 20% more than the yearly rate. Yearly is billed as ten months, so 2 months are free.
How do AI credits work?
One credit is one ordinary AI action: drafting an email, scoring a lead, searching in plain language, summarising a call. Looking a company up on the web costs 5. The allowance is shared by the team and refreshes monthly; top-ups never expire. A typical salesperson uses 500 to 900 a month. We warn you at 80%.
Can we use our own AI key?
Yes. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Groq or other key and AI use is unlimited, with nothing charged by us.
Do modules cost per user?
No. One price for the whole team, on every workspace you have.
Do you charge for people who only clock in?
Only NZ$4 a month each, as field users. They use the mobile app for attendance and their assigned visits, and do not count towards your plan's team size.
Can we run two businesses on one subscription?
Yes. Scale includes two workspaces, and any plan can add more for NZ$42 a month each. Staff are shared; customers, documents and numbering stay separate.
What if we go over the records or storage allowance?
Nothing breaks and nobody is blocked mid-work. We get in touch and offer an upgrade or an add-on. Team size and AI credits are firm limits.
Do you charge for support or setup?
Support is included. Importing your existing data is NZ$249 once, and free on a yearly Scale plan.
How does GST work, and how do we pay?
Prices are excluding 15% GST. GST charged as applicable; tax invoices issued. Data handled under the Privacy Act 2020. We accept Bank transfer, Cards.
